The Hunterian Museum in the main Glasgow university building is so worth a visit. The history of medicine etc and across the road in the Hunterian gallery there are some very fine Whistlers. Also interior of a Mackintosh house mocked up (you have to pay for the Mackintosh bit) the rest is free
