As local as you can get, run by good people giving new life to an old establishment.. (We used to get sheep from Hobb's Farm when it was still a farm :) Chickens and goats and gardens on site. Local farm to table food, excellent craft beers, field-side outdoor seating or in, big tables, exposed beams, and sometimes live music. One of my favorites. Get the korean wings!
