A time will be had!!! Look for some great local bands such as Signal Hill and Shameless. Get there early to ensure a spot to sit. Order your pitcher of Keith’s and be ready for your first “SOCIABLE” of the night. If you really want to fit in, practice the lyrics to Barrett’s Privateers.

Hiking and Walking Trails

We get a lot of guests asking about hiking and walking trails. There is a great app that John and I use when we go for a hike. It’s called All Trails. You can record your hike and add photos along the way. Its great for discovering new trails! We have included some of our local favourites here for you.
Stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean all along the hiking trail. I’d recommend sneakers or hiking shoes. No flip flops for this one! Young children could find parts of this hike challenging and you should allow for a few hours to hike in and out.

Located at the end of Hirtle’s Beach in Kingsburg (Riverport) you will not be disappointed. You can park in the Hirtle’s Beach parking lot. Walk to the end of the beach (easiest at low tide because it’s all ankle breaker rocks to cross at high tide, but still manageable). The trail head is at the end of the beach. It is a diverse trail with gorgeous views.
