The local jetty is at the end of the next street over. It is a great place to launch a boat, or to swim at the beach alongside. Its a lovely beach at sunset, for some photos of the old jetty.

Point Lonsdale is a lovely beachside town. It overlooks "The Rip', where bay meets ocean. There is a lovely boardwalk along the beach, approx 30 min return trip. There are a few shops, some cafe's, and a fish and chip shop. There is also a lighthouse to explore, and some beautiful views, and plenty of photo opportunities.
