The chef/ owner locally sources all of her ingredients, focusing on organic and pesticide/ chemical free produce. Try the asparagus, the clams with corn and the beef salad. Do yourself a favor and eat well at Cau Ba Quan.

Cham art from the seventh to the 14th centuries is also on display. The yellow and white mansion is a work of art in itself; built in the early 1930s, its captivating details include stained-glass windows, marble floors and lofty ceilings.
