You won't find a more beautiful lake anywhere. About 35 minutes from the house and well worth checking out. North end of lake has a nice boat launch. Lake has some nice sandy beaches, great views, and the patient fisherman will be rewarded with brook trout, landlocked salmon, and lake trout.

This great short track is about an hour away on Groveton. When they are racing its usually an action packed evening. Racing does depend on the weather and I've been there many times when the races got rained out.
