From Trip Advisor - "One of the only places in Hirafu where the staff are all Japanese, it feels a bit like you’re eating in someone’s family house. The staff are very warm and friendly and the service was great. Food was delicious - yakitori (grilled chicken) and tsukune (chicken meatballs) were very high quality, the hoke (grilled mackerel) was huge and juicy, and the salad was very fresh. For lots of food and beers for 3 people it was 12,000 JPY, which is very good value for Niseko. Will be coming back!"

A proper old-school, traditional Japanese hot spring with a “sentō” bathhouse and multiple outdoor baths, Yukichichibu is a funny name to say. This community-run onsen in Chisenupuri is essentially an escape from escapes, about a 30-minute drive from Hirafu, nestled in the forest. It has been around since the 60’s, and the old building was recently demolished and replaced with a new facility, so the amenities are brand new and modern.
