Epic, backcountry riding! A contrast from the groomed flow trails of Slaughter Pen is the Back 40. If you like to explore nature and enjoy the scenery, the Back 40 is the place to be. There are excellent sections such as Flo-ride and The Ledges that are local favorites.

The New 11 Under trails are a hybrid between the Back 40 and Slaugther Pen. There is a trail head down the block from us on the corner of Abingdon Ln and Chelsea Rd. It leads to one of the best sections of the trail that winds through Tanyard creek with some epic views.
