The is place is great for a good meal out. It’s a little bit pricey, but so so good. Good date night spot, or to go grab a drink and an appetizer before the rest of your evening.

Excellent spot for vegan and gluten free fare. This is probably our favorite restaurant in Denver. The menu is on point, health focused and is just really hearty and creative. It’s located a distance from the unit - maybe 4 or 5 miles - but has a cute Main Street with lots of great shops.

Excellent craft beers, can be crowded, but worth stopping in on the earlier side to taste some of Denver’s best.

Very large spot for drinks with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to hang for a minute or all night. Always set up with a couple good trucks so if you’re looking for a one stop shop this might be it!

If you’re looking for a nicer night out with great cocktails and a throw back beautiful setting, this is the one. It’s set on the second level of Denver’s Union Station and let’s you enjoy the architecture.

Walking distance from the studio, this is a really awesome spot to grab a casual beer. They specialize in Czech style beers, so imagine really flavorful lighter beers - not the typical IPA focused Colorado craft brewery.

Fitness

Top spot for those who partake in CrossFit. They do drops ins, are super welcoming and friendly and will kick your ass. Known as one of the harder working gyms in the city and for good reason.

If you’re into yoga or just want to try getting completely blissed out for the first time, The River is the place go for those who know. It’s warm Vinyasa focused, but they also have really amazing Yin and restorative classes too. We are both yoga teachers and The River is one of our favorite places on the planet to practice. Lots of heart, heat and home.

Nearby Hikes

The closest hike we like, about 25 minutes by car. There’s a good walk up straight out the gate, and lots of meandering on top of the mesa. Great for snowshoeing or cross country skiing in the winter and hot dusty hikes or mountain biking in the summer. No parking fee and usually plenty of spots.
