This is somewhere we meet our friends often for a well made cocktail. It can get busy, so your best bet to get a seat is before 9pm. If its crowded, you can always pop downstairs for dumplings, bao buns and pot stickers and check back upstairs for an open seat. CopyCat co. is a late night diner's (and drinker's dream) on H Street. The project from Barmini veteran Devin Gong is located at 1110 H St. NE. Gong's menu takes its inspiration from Northern Chinese street fare. Go here to admire the food, crafted cocktails, and the atmosphere. Open until 2 a.m. on weeknights and 3 a.m. on weekends.

The National Park Service defines the peak bloom date as the day on which 70% of the blossoms of Yoshino cherry trees that surround the Tidal Basin are open. The date varies from year to year depending on weather conditions. The blooming period is defined as the time when 20% of the blossoms are open until the petals fall and leaves appear. The blooming period starts several days before the peak bloom date and can last as long as 14 days. However, frost or high temperatures combined with wind or rain can shorten this period. The following is a comparative record of past bud development. The date listed is when 70% of the buds have reached each stage. https://nationalcherryblossomfestival.org/bloom-watch/

This place is pretty popular right now. It has a high end feel, but you can still wear a button down or dress/jeans. You often will see exotic cars parked out front and the clientele reflects that. If you are in DC on a cool night, appetizers are excellent out on the front patio. High-end cocktails are the norm, but you may see some of the younger crowd line up some shots later in the evening.
