Parks & Nature

Ometepe would be a place you would go to before or after visiting San Juan del Sur. It is an volcanic island in the lake of Nicaragua. A must see.

Essentials

It is the only real super market in town. It is located right as you enter town. It is quite a 15 minute walk but good exercise. Going uphill on the way there and going downhill on the way back.
