Surf Life Saving Club, is a great stop if you have done a walk from the National Park or to the end of Sunshine Beach, perfect stop to sit on the balcony and have a drink or bite to eat ( I personally find the menu lacking inspiration, yet has all the basics, but at restaurant prices

A sacred space to the Traditional People of the land the Gubbi Gubbis, this National Park is simply stunning, you feel your energy ease as you enter it and allow the beauty it to bring you some much into the now that this offers not only a great day out, yet also a reinvigorating experience. If you catch a bus to Noosa Heads then walk to the National Park, you can follow the trail all the way to the end and it brings you out at Sunshine Beach, which is the one along from the beach infront, so you can then stop at the surf club for refreshments before heading home. This Mountain is not only stunning it also holds much cultural significance, The Gubbi Gubbi People who inhabited the area would use this space for many purposes, You will find holes and groves within some of the rock as you walk up the mountain, some of these were used for grinding foods and some are the axe grinding groves in which they would sharpen weapons. It's also a fantastic spot to see the sunset, and have a 360 degree view of the Sunshine Coast, you drive up the majority of the mountain and then walk about 10 mins up the last bit and there is a viewing hut at the top, great for a glass of wine, photos, sunsets, picnic etc they also run abseiling and rock climbing tours from here.

Sightseeing

Great walk along the river, plenty of boutique shops, ice-creameries, take away, bars and restaurants, yet also great place for a swim, paddle board, kayak, jet skiing, walk, roller blade, skate board, bike and there's gym equipment along the pathway also. This is a great location for a BBQ and watching the sunset. Dont forget to take your swimmers, games, sun protection and smiles
