Hibiscus is dope!
All organic vegetarian+plant-based restaurant with a 42 ingredient salad. Everything is made from scratch. Solid staff, yummy crêpes , coconut milk based ice cream. Yum! Their waffles are out of this woooorld, (I developed the recipe ;)

Run by a sweet family.
Ask for extra Burgernator sauce on everything. The poutine gravy is to die for!!!

My favourite pizza! The only reason why I will never be completely gluten-free. Cheap, Yummy, Greasy, Fresh, Cheesy...add a few extra brushes of their olive oil pesto to your slice!

Uggghhhh! SO GOOD! Their drinks are Ammaaaazing and the dessert - as someone who doesn't really eat dessert that hasn't been made by myself - their dessert is just Amazing! Try the sundae!

Toronto is not completely void of serene areas filled with nature, you just gotta put some effort into finding them.
I Looooove the island! Even in the winter months.
Dress warm though.
It's a completely different scene in the fall and winter; one can feel as though they have the island to themselves. Lovely trails and stunning views of the city. And the sunset!!!

Also a 24hr restaurant, about 7-10 minute drive or streetcar ride from here, 20-25 minutes if you are walking. I've only been there a couple of times, enjoyed my food each time, appreciated that they cared about where their eggs came from...

My FAVE shop in the Market and not just for the Awesome clothing, tinctures, and shoes there; Avril, the owner, is a LIFE changer! I always find myself in there for HOURS. Hands down one of my FAVOURITE humans! Stop by, support the business, and walk away a better human than you were before.
