A must place to visit. You can see the meeting of the two seas- the wild Baltic Sea and the Riga Bay at Cape Kolka. They also have a sight-seeing tower, places for a picnique, plenty of parking, Tourist Info Centre, some cafes and a souvenirs kiosk.

The city is full to the brim with activities. It has an Ventspils Water Park, rail museum, crafts museum, a very good food market running on weekends, good shopping and sightseeing.
