In the Anaga Rural Park you will experience, probably for the first time, a totally different way of enjoying a laurel forest. The Path of Senses follows the old road that connected the houses of Anaga with La Laguna. Sections of the old route have been restored to encourage you to experience the many facets of the forest; the diverse textures, the colours, the smells and sounds from the very heart of the forest.

La Orotava is located in the northern part of Tenerife and is one of the oldest villages in the Canary Islands. It was founded at the beginning of the 16th century, when the Canary Islands were conquered by the Kingdom of Spain, and preserved its rich heritage in architecture, orchards and traditions. The name was taken over the large Taoro Valley, which she shared with Los Realejos and Puerto de la Cruz.
