Its a really nice place! a must visit place. I encourage you to take the bus to metro station Poblado, from there take the train towards Niquia. At metro station Acevedo, take the Metro Cable on the East side of the platform towards SantoDomigo, you will enjoy of an amazing view. At Santo Domingo Station take the metro cable towards Parque Arvi.
