It's a little on the fancy side. Great place to eat and enjoy the live music if you out on a date or you want to hang out with your friends.

I love love this ice-cream place. It boasts as the best ice-cream in Mountain View. I would say it is definitely the top 3 of my favorite ice-creams in the world (and that includes the gelato places in Venice).

Both the food and the environment is great. And it's also quite cheap compared to restaurants on the Castro Street.

Shopping

This is my favorite bookstore in Mountain View. It's relatively small compared to those city bookstores but all books here are so on the point. There is no BS books. I particularly love its collection on technology and social justice. There is a small cafe on the second floor where you can relax and read.

It's one of the most unique bookstores I have been too. It's less of a bookstore than a introductory store for meditation/spirituality lovers. Here you can find books on Shamanism, Taoism, and Tibetan Buddhism etc, as well as all sorts of thingies related to the practice of those religions, such as crystals, singing bowls, and incense etc.
