Well you are here so you should amble up the top of the hill. Warning Mt Albert is a dog walkers haven so if you don't love dogs it may not be your think. Half an hours walk from mine to get up the hill and get some great views of the city and a sense of where you are.

Piha has a great RSA for food and a game of pool overlooking the beach - and in summer Bethells has a food caravan and live music.
