Supervalu Has everything you need and more. Carries a large range of local produce from home made bread and (my latest request) sugar free bacon (clonakilty brand). They do a great range for ready prepared meals just put them in the oven and cooked in an hour or so. If you fancy a glass of wine after a day touring, you need to know that in Ireland alcohol can only be bought in supermarkets between 10.30am and 10pm weekdays and 12.30 until 10 pm Sundays.
