Food Scene

Honestly just burgers, but one of the best around. Also open late night, cute little backyard, and serves alcohol. Very tiny and gets packed. But so worth it!

Brunch. Everything here tastes great, the building is rehabbed art deco, there is a lounge-y coffee spot on the second floor and rooftop bar with a great view of the city. I have repeatedly had them make the Eggs Benedict not on tops of English Muffins but on top of their ridiculous hash browns instead. You will be so happy.

A super great prepared foods spot if you want to bring a little dinner home. Also totally fantastic desserts, wine, and gourmet snacks. Great paleo and vegan options, too. For lunch I grab their Goddess Wrap, really yummy veggie wraps. Nice morning coffee and egg sandwiches, too.

Parks & Nature

The 606 is an old train line converted for the Bucktown neighborhood to enjoy. Can jump on from multiple spots. It's reminiscent of NYCs highline. Nice to stroll, bike, or run up there.
