It is a sail club and the boat owners buy their lunch here. In good weather you can sit on the terrace along the water and hear the boats kling, kling sound - Try it.

He sold 70% of this worldwide chain in 2012 and some of the earnings was used to create this comunity house. Let's call it an extension of your living room. In 2015 it opened and here everybody can meet from 7 am till midnight. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner (the latter needs a reservation) but drop by at 5 pm to see if there are available seats. It is very affordable to eat there and the cafe is open all hrs during opening hours.
They offer yoga lessons, markets, dance, ping-pong and many other activities. But check the calendar out their site Folkehuset Absalon.
