This. Restaurant. Rocks. Their community hour offers affordable drinks and bites, and their full menu is amazing. Locally-sourced food, super friendly staff, and the owners are friends of mine. Tell them I sent you over! :)

The best cure for extreme hunger or hangovers! This is just on the other side of the Stadium, and is fast and affordable. Their whole menu is delicious, but Nashvillians go specifically for the Drunken Noodles!

There is a 75% chance you will run into my at Pinewood Social during your stay. It's casual, has awesome coffee, and you can get a great meal while hanging out and working on their wi-fi (uninterrupted!) for hours. Plus - they have a cabana area outside with two pools!

While this is an "older" restaurant, it is always a solid choice for brunch. Their French Onion soup is the best I've ever had, and they feature different french toast breads and frittatas.

I picked Five Points Pizza because it's delicious, but the entire 5 Points area in trendy East Nashville is worth a visit. In one square mile you can visit several bars, numerous restaurants, and little shops.

It's iconic. It's a must do. It's Tootsies! If you make it to Broadway, you can walk the strip and pop into numerous bars and restaurants, ending at 1st Ave. overlooking the river.

Essentials
Staying for a bit? You can get all the essentials at the Kroger just up the road. (Note - if you are coming from a different state, Tennessee doesn't yet allow wine and liquor sales in grocery stores. You can get beer here, but make a separate stop for booze.)
