Favorite neighborhood bar. Craft beer and drinks, along the stream. Walkable from the house if you like exercise! They have food available from the seafood market upstairs (Maine Bay Berry) which is also a great place to stop!

Another neighborhood spot with more food selections and restaurant style seating. The downstairs bar level has a more casual atmosphere than the more formal upstairs.

City/town information

This little city has lots of character and small businesses that are fun to visit. My top picks are: FOOD and BEV: Big Spring Spirits for craft cocktails, Axeman Brewery in a huge industrial buildings, Bonfattos Italian market, and State Burger. SHOPPING: Smith and Front in the Gamble Mill, Belle Mercantile, and The Plaza antique store for junk shopping. Also recommend the Bellefonte Art Museum—small, free, and rotating shows of local artists.
