Namasayin Farms (The Farmacy) has a wide variety of organic vegetables, grass-fed organic beef & yak when available, souvenirs, and gems & minerals. They sell five different kinds of locally grown organic mushrooms, various micro-greens, and other veggies. They are licensed in selling homemade CBD products ranging from oils, wound salves, and gummies. They also sell homemade souvenirs from local artists, and have a wide variety of crystals and other gems. Everything that they sell comes from within 20 miles of the store! This is a very cool little shop that is definitely worth checking out!

Florissant is a fossil hotspot, so visiting the fossil beds is a must! You start the day at the visitor center, where you can meet with a park ranger and get information about how to plan your visit. There’s a film you can watch for insightful info, many hands-on exhibits to learn about fossils and other science, a bookstore that also has souvenirs, and a fossil learning lab during the summer. There are also several hiking trails varying in length, but unfortunately no dogs are allowed in the fossil beds!

When not reeling in some fish, there’s nearly 5 miles of scenic hiking and biking trails waiting to be explored. Fly fishing is popular in the canyon. You can canoe, boat, sail, windsurf in the reservoir, or pitch a tent and camp out in the designated campsites!
