Downtown St Pete is a great day trip. Near the pier there are lot's of stores and restaurants as well as brunch locations. This is a great location to ride a bike/scooter. Endless shops and restaurants fill Central Avenue. Every first Friday of the month St Pete closes a portion of their main street for a nightlife celebration.
