West Yellowstone is a really small/cool town. It is a fun little town because you can walk from one end to the other really quick. They have lots of fun gifts shops, places to eat, bars & museums.

Yellowstone National Park
Island Park is a city in Fremont County, Idaho, United States. The city's population was 286 at the 2010 census, up from 215 in 2000. The city was incorporated by owners of the many lodges and resorts along U.S. Route 20 in 1947, primarily to circumvent Idaho's liquor laws that prohibited the sale of liquor outside of city limits. It is only 500 feet (150 m) wide in most locations yet, at 33 miles (53 km), claims to have the longest "Main Street" in the world.

Sightseeing
The Mesa Falls Scenic Byway starts in Ashton, Idaho, and runs northeast into the Targhee National Forest. It is about 30 miles long, ending near Island Park. Along the byway, there are great opportunities for camping and two of the biggest waterfalls in the western part of the United States.

Don’t Eat at The restaurants in Yellowstone NP
You can save Loads of money by packing your own food & Snacks into Yellowstone.
* Restaurants in the park can be really expensive & is typically not the best food.
- I typically take snacks and sandwiches with me and have picnic
at some point when I go into Yellowstone.
* Picnics
*West Yellowstone has many Delicious restaurants that I highly recommend! 😁
Getting around
Beating The Lines & Traffic Jams
A lot of the time at the Yellowstone entrance from
June - September the line can be crazy long.
- A lot of other renters that I've had in the past have got up early "6Am" to beat the line into park.
* Buffalo jams can really effective your day.
- Buffalo jams can take quite awhile to get out of so make sure you plan accordingly.
- Buffalo jams are when a herd of buffalo are walking slowly across the Road or when other cars see a baffalo and desided to stop and blocks the road.
