Get there early for parking and be careful not to park on the streets where its marked off, they are strict about it here! But this is a great big wide open beach, you can also take surf lessons or rent a board from the shop across the street!

Closest (ocean) beach to us about 45-50 minutes. Tends to be more crowed but just walk / or drive further down. There is street and lot parking. There is also rides and a small boardwalk with food and shops.
