This is my absolute local favorite lunch/dinner place. It is a Latin American / Nicaraguan artistic cuisine. The homemade sangria is amazing, white and red! http://www.asadarestaurant.com/

The croissants melt in your mouth. The owner moved from France and opened Le Petit. I highly recommend that you stop in for coffee & croissant or schedule a class. You will not be disappointed! https://www.lepetitcroissantgreenville.com/

Swamp Rabbit Cafe is on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, so you can walk or bike (about 2 miles each way) to it from Falls Park in downtown Greenville. This is just one stop to mention, there are many! http://swamprabbitcafe.com/

Location: Greenville West end/art district. Good pizza is not easy to find here in the south and this is Great! My recommend is The Fig & Prosciutto pizza. Their bread is amazing, it’s the famous stucco bread. Appetizer…I’d go with the meatballs!

Falls Park is at the center of downtown Greenville. It has a lush waterfall and park grounds to have a picnic. It is also where you can access the Swamp Rabbit Trail, whether you want to walk or bike. The Swamp Rabbit Trail connects Greenville and Travelers Rest, by way of the beauitful grounds of Furman University. There are numbers resting places along the Swamp Rabbit Trail to stop for a snack, lunch/dinner, a drink and listen to a live band.
