Neighborhood

Belmont Heights is a district in the south-east portion of the city of Long Beach, California, United States, bordering the Pacific Ocean and the more commercial community of Belmont Shore. The area is mostly residential, but also has an active business district, the strip of Broadway east of Redondo Avenue. Interesting Facts: - Feral Parrots A notable feature of Belmont Heights is its large population of feral parrots. In between Redondo Avenue and Livingston Drive along Ocean Blvd, amongst the palm trees, this large population of birds can be seen and heard by people for many houses. Some consider these animals to be a nuisance due to their rather vocal and loud sounds. However, the residents of Belmont Heights have grown to accept them as part of their community. - Belmont Heights was incorporated as a city for one year before it annexed with Long Beach in 1909. Long Beach at the time was a dry town, so residents looking for alcohol would head over to the Heights for a drink at one of the taverns

The Bluff Heights neighborhood of Long Beach is one of the city’s most vibrant older residential neighborhoods. It’s known for its lovely vintage homes and proximity to great shops and restaurants along with the beach. Composed mainly of Craftsman bungalows constructed from approximately 1910 to 1923. Bluff Heights is bordered by Broadway on the south, 4th Street on the north, Junipero Avenue and Wisconsin Avenue on the west, and Redondo Avenue on the east.

We have one dedicated parking spot for guests.
Getting around

Try- AquaLink water transit.

You haven’t seen Long Beach ‘til you sea it. Ride AquaLink 7 days a week all summer long for just $5 one way. From Ballast Point to the Aquarium/Shoreline Village it takes about 20min

Scooters & Bike Rental

One of many spots nearby to rent scooters/bikes is at the corner of Broadway Ave. & Loma St. FYI: Electric scooters cannot go on the walking/bike path on the beach but are ok along the grass on the Bluffs.
