Awesome staff, very welcoming. They have a huge selection of jams and jellys and fruit butter, despite the name they have more than apples. I was able to find some peach jam, Vidalia onion steak sauce, fresh peaches, and they have an array of ciders. The strawberry cider is very delicious.

This place is incredible. The employees were super nice. (Chris and another young guy). Great variety and Chris offered us samples. We walked in when they were closing and they said take your time. We walked out spending $100 on fresh apple butter, peaches, blackberry jam and honey. The best money we spent on our trip.

I love going here. We can apples every tear and this is where we have gone for the last 5 years to get out apples. Its always so busy but you can see the people always have fun when they get to pick their own apples

A fantastic new vineyard and winery in Ellijay! They currently have wines made of Georgia and California grapes, with quite a diverse offering for any wine lover or novice. The building is beautiful and clean and the staff was friendly. We really enjoyed our time and can’t wait to come back!

Gorgeous views! Looking forward to returning this fall to see 180 degree fall colors while sipping wine on the expansive deck or strolling the vineyard. There are so many sitting spots to choose from along the outdoor deck, indoor tasting room, and massive transitional room. Local artwork to buy and a stage for music acts. The tasting flights are a great deal. I've only managed through half the wine offerings so far and took how several bottles then. Can't wait to return and taste the other varieties and continue adding to my home collection.

We had a great time at this family owned and operated vineyard. The owner, Bobby, did our tour and he was very knowledgeable and told some great stories about how they got their start. We did the 5 tasting + tour and enjoyed the tasting room and sat on the patio and enjoyed the live music after the tour. Next time we'll bring her own picnic. The food truck today was nothing special, but it was nice to have something available. Gorgeous views of the blue ridge mountains. I would definitely return again.

Chateau Meichtry Family Vineyard and Winery

This was one of our stops while on girlfriends trip. The treehouse, winery and view was the best. There was a wonderful lady on the patio singing, patio tables to sit outside while sipping the great tasting wine. Enjoyed it all and plan to come back and rent the treehouse for a couple of days.

OUTSTANDING!! There aren’t adequate words to describe The Shack of Ellijay! Hands-down the best poke bowl I’ve ever had, and I’ve had quite a few! I also had the Thai Chicken bowl and Bao Buns both of which I highly recommend! The food is incredibly fresh, and the homemade flavors are uniquely out of this world! As though the food isn’t reason enough to come, the owner is such a gem! She went out of her way to make my experience awesome! I will drive the hour from my home to frequent this culinary darling!
