This place has a fun vibe on the weekends. There is a beach bar with decent food and cold beers etc. You can even hire a BBQ pit and they provide the food. Kids can swim to the life raft. Its a 10-15 min walk to Frank's and very close to downtown Cheung chau.

Cheung chau is a quaint sleepy little island, that wakes up on the weekends. One of the great things about Cheung chau is the absence of cars. Your best bet is by foot or to hire a bike to get around. Follow Sai Tai road in South West direction for a flat coastal hike/ride. Check out the many local street vendors and sample the fresh juices, waffles and frozen fruit along the way! Check out the ancient rock carvings at the eastern end of Tung Wan beach or the Pirate caves and the Mini Great Wall. Sea foodies can take their pick on Pak She Praya rd.

There is a water filter. But it is nice to take up a cold beverage to celebrate your arrival.
Milk/bread/cereal
We bring meat, ready made pizzas, cold cuts, cheese, salads and drinks, as we always tend to want to hang around home once we get there.
