Traveler advice

Getting around

Bus 2A and Habour bus

You can get into town with public transportation in 2 ways. Either by bus 2A, which leaves 100 m from the house and goes to the center/City Hall. You can also choose the more scenic way to travel which is the Harbour bus that leaves from Refshaleøen just a 5-10 min. walk from the house.
Don't miss

Lille Bakery

We highly recommend their breakfast. Any item. We normally just go for a poppy seed bun with butter and cheese. The city’s best - and the competition is fierce. Open Wednesday to Sunday from 8 am.
Don't miss

Bathing in the harbour

There are plenty of places to access swimming in the harbour. We recommend going to La Banchina right next door (don’t buy food there. It’s a bit over-priced). You can also go to the beach (Amager Strandpark) which is lovely - ca. 20 min. bikeride.
