Getting around
The best trains available in my neighborhood are the ABCD.
Take these trains at 145th and St. Nicholas. Or take the 3 train at Adam Clayton Powell Blvd. and 149th Street.
Don't miss
The farmer l’s market at Union Square
Take the 4,5,6 or N,R train to 14th Street.
Customs and culture
Take the 3 train one block away. (149th street and ACP Blvd
Take this train or the ABCD in 145th and St. Nicholas Avenue

The Brooklyn Museum is a fast ride on the 3 train to Eastern Parkway

Check museums because you may have to book in advance.
You need to book the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island in advance of your visit.
What to pack
Comfortable shoes and a light jacket in the spring and fall.
You need a heavier coat in the winter, gloves, scarves and waterproof shoes/boots.

Please be aware if your surroundings. I recommend not using ear buds in public spaces or cell phones. When taking trains, do not sit in isolation. Sit in the cars with other passengers and be alert.
