My personal favorite- neighborhood bar and restaurant, live music/open mic on Tuesday nights. Great crowd of local characters, good tiramisu!

One of the few spots in the area with good pizza, unfortunately. They have good ingredients and fresh toppings. Not "new york style" but really good!

So...one of Brooklyn's only Michelin rated restaurants has a 20+ course tasting menu, a 6 month waiting list, and a $250 price tag. From what I understand, it's amazing.

This is an excellent bar and restaurant- excellent menu, fantastic cocktails, and really nice interior. They have outdoor seating, too. Highly recommend! Another local favorite!

Cool industrial/artsy area just north of Brooklyn Heights. You can walk there, check out shops and galleries, little cafes, and enjoy the public/street art. Fun place to check out for a couple hours.

History of NYC transportation, but you get to walk through old subway cars in an old and unused train platform. Really great history, interactive, and fun for both kids and adults. My favorite!
