Traveler advice

What to pack

Beach Attire

It’s a relaxed beach area. No need for fancy clothes! Swimsuits for the beach and Tees/Tanks, shorts and flops are all appropriate!
Traveling with kids

House Amenities for kids

Most of what you need is provided: Pack-n-play, high chair, bottle warmer, baby tub, rocking chair for mamas, games for kids, tv, ocean creature books for nighttime stories.
Getting around

Getting Around

A car is nice to have but not required. If flying in, a golf cart could be fun to rent instead of a car. Could manage without a car as Publix is within walking distance.
Don't miss

Sunsets on the beach

Drink in hand and watching the sunset is the one thing you don’t wanna miss! Better watch close it’s gone in 60seconds!
Ways to save

Just enjoy the beach

Many people come down and get trapped at the pier park tourist attractions. The best part of where our house is located is that you can avoid all of that and save money. We remodeled the house for 10months and managed to avoid Pier Park tourist areas every weekend. Simply enjoying the beach and the house amenities is one way to save money. Visit with the locals at the beach has been one of our favorite free things to do!
What to pack

You don’t need much!

Since the home was designed for our family, we have equipped the home with the necessities that any family would need. Simply bring your clothes and your toothbrush and you can enjoy a beach vacation.
What to pack

What beach supplies do I need to bring?

We provide you with one beach towel for guest on the reservation. There are 10 beach chairs provided for you to use. There are 6 boogie boards available for kids and those adults who wanna try their hand at it too! Anything else you may want, you will need to bring. Our House Rules details everything that we provide for our guests: https://www.canva.com/design/DAEe-FMmPCU/1Wo-8ACpzG2-de4DKeJ1LA/view?utm_content=DAEe-FMmPCU&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link&utm_source=sharebutton
Traveling with kids

What about after a long day at the beach, what is there to?

Our beach house is designed so that after a long day at the beach. Kids can bath outside in the outdoor shower and parents can grab a drink and cook. The backyard is designed with just rock so clean kids can stay as clean as kids can. The backyard space has checkers and corn hole all while being lit up with string lights for an enjoyable night away from the sand while enjoying the sound of the ocean!
