The best view of the dom can be captured from the bridge. The bridge adds more beauty to the city view.

The park provides you with 7 kilometers long trails suitable for walking, jogging, cycling and other sports. You can visit the zoo for free!! You can also sit with all kinds of birds, or have a cold beer in the beer garden (Bier Garten)/restaurant, eat a late breakfast, etc. Also in the corner of the large park, here is the Rhein Energy Stadium, it is very pleasant to sit there and watch the football match.

Food scene

The weekly market in Frechen has over 124 years history. Most sellers were original traditional costumes that day. Regional products and a healthy, balanced diet are the focus of the market and are an important topic for families, especially today. Many visitors would also find their way from Cologne to Frechen to experience the market. Despite permanent changes, a lot has remained the same. For example, the fish stand owned is really recommended to taste his ‚Backfisch‘
