Do you like to hike? Many don't know about Notch Peak. It is the second highest pure vertical drop in the United States after El Capitan. It is located about 150 miles from Cedar City. It will take a few hours to get to the trail head, a few hours to hike and a few hours to return. I usually plan on all day. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Notch_Peak

Food Recommendations

I can eat pretty much anything and there are many places in Cedar that I frequent. We found this hidden gem a few years ago. There are many food options and we really haven't had issues with the service or food.

Quite popular with locals. I like the Kilauea burger. For burgers, you can have them cook burger with bacon in it. I do that and have them cook to medium. My wife likes the Thunderbird. Try sweet potato fries with caramel dip, just for fun. You may never go back to regular fries.

Great food, a bit pricey for me. I don’t eat here often, but when I do, it is amazing!

I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Utah

I am a local real estate investor and currently a licensed Realtor in the state of Utah. I hang my license at Wilcock Real Estate. Let's visit about using this home as a Short Term Rental while I find you a place to live. The rental market is crazy right now and it may be difficult to find a Short Term Rental.
