Santa Teresa and mal pais have an international community hence the amount of good restaurants in town.
I love their tea house. . My favorite breakfast spot (vegetarian/vegan). I recommend coming to Yoav's yoga class and staying for breakfast/lunch after. Beautiful ocean view.

The food and vibe are great. The very friendly atmosphere is great for large groups and lots of outdoor space. Delicious Vegan options. Lovely setting. Great surf spot but no for beginners. Lots of smoothies and great coffee.

Their cocktails are great, you can buy by the liter and take them home. They also have vegetarian food to go and now a bakery. If you want to go out for a drink I suggest going after sunset , it can be quite warm during the day.

Head out to Hermosa Beach for the day and stop for either breakfast or lunch. The food is great and it is o nicely set up. I love it Sebastian owner/chef has lived here for 20 years, originally from France. I love going there with my family. Fish and chips are awsome !!

I love the spot, its so tranquil and surrounded by nature. the food is made with lots of love and fresh ingredients. They source their food from their own garden and organic fresh farmers.

Nice small beach, great for swimming especially during low tide. Bring your mask and snorkel you may see some turtles. Drive past the fishing village of Mal Pais through a small rugged road . Do NOT leave anything in the car
