Sightseeing
This alp surrounded by old larches is a local favourite. Locals come here for a walk during week-ends. It's also a starting point for hikers (Capanna Albagno, Mount Gaggio, Cima dell'Uomo). The main building is undergoing refurbishment and will be open to the public starting in 2021. You can reach the alp by taking the Gorduno mountain road (Toll apply - see related notice).

Getting around
The mountain road in Gorduno is a toll road
Be aware that the mountain road is a toll road and you need to buy a parking ticket (SFr. 5.-) to access it. There are frequent controls and if you are found without a ticket you may be fined. Tickets can be purchased in the local shop just in front of the Ristorante Antichi Sapori or in the restaurant.
