A must if you visit us! Look at the pictures they speak for themselves! Either drive there park in the visitor centre car park or go to Mudeford quay park up and catch the ferry. The ferry takes minutes drops you off on the beach with the beach huts. Walk up to the top and drink in the lovely views. Take a picnic

Catch a ferry from Lymington which is a 20 min drive. Get a rover ticket on the bus if they still do them travel the island. Queen Victoria’s Osbourne house, Cowes, Allum Bay ....

Half an hour drive. The beach runs from Hengistbury to Poole miles and miles of sandy beaches Avoid the centre by the pier car parks can be really busy. You can park in the town centre car parks and walk down through the winter garden. Less hassle getting in and out and a nice walk.

Set in Poole harbour. Sandbanks is a great place to visit. Very busy high season so beware go early or later. Great beaches. The ferry to Brownsea goes from Sandbanks so does the chain link car ferry to Swanage.

One of my favourite beaches

Southbourne beach is a great place especially for kids. Bistro on the beach is an informal kid friendly place to eat. The beach is sandy and safe there are life guards on duty
Stunning beach with views out to the Isle of White one way and the inlet towards Mudeford the other. There is a ferry ride from the quay to the beach takes minutes
