M 32 has an amazing view above Salzburg. We really like going up there, especially if the weather is good and you can sit outside. The restaurant is ok but quite expensive and the service is to be honest not the best. We reccomend just having a coffe/ drinks there and enjoy the one of a kind view.

This restaurant offers great view above salzburg, especially if the weather is nice and you can sit outside. You can just have drinks or enjoy the amazing restaurant, which is a little more expensive but still reasonable especially for the quality and great service you get. This is one of our favourite restaurants for special occasions.
Sightseeing
If you enjoy city walks, you can go up to "Stift Nonnberg" at Nonnberggasse 2. It offers amazing views above Salzburg. Afterwards if the weather is nice you can visit one of the campuses of the university "Unipark". There you will find a bar on the very top floor with a great view.
