Little bit of nostalgia but in very modern shape. Opened in 2015 to the building that hosted famous restaurant during Soviet times. There signature dishes are octopus and rib-eye fillet, but you can also find nostalgia tastes like sprats with egg-mousse, curd pancakes and cognac cornets.

This is the place to go to enjoy good Estonian Cuisine and the view to Old Town Plaza (Raekojaplats) at the same time. If you would have just one restaurant to go in Estonia, and you want to taste Estonian food I would definitely recommend to go to Kaerajaan!

Surprisingly there are not so many ice-cream cafes in Tallinn. Luckily the best one is just a short walk away, start or end your Old Town stroll here.

It is easiest to take a taxi, costs about 10 euros to get to my place. Other options to take airport tram that will take you to city center. From there you can walk through Old Town to my apartment. If you want to skip the walk, you can switch trams, easiest in Hobujaama station take tram 1 or 2 towards Kopli and step off in Linnahall station for a 300 m walk to my apartment. Other option is bus #2 that takes you to city, get off at final stop that is in port A-terminal and then walk from there.
