Restaurant

Established in 1886, Demínka is one of the longest running establishments in Prague. The restaurant’s unique light and airy interior has been retained to this day. The high ceilings are decorated with Art Nouveau stucco elements that are protected landmarks. It is obvious at first glance that today’s lounge area formerly served as a games room and the original decor provides evidence that it was a gathering place for chess, billiards and card players. The place is famous for great beer and traditional Czech cuisine. They are also open for breakfast. Check their website for the full menu: www.deminka.com

Bar

At that time, Zanzibar was one of the first cocktail bars in Prague with many visitors, who ranked among the jet set as well as the underworld. It is an inseparable part of the history of Prague clubs and the development of bartending in the Czech Republic. It trained a number of top bartenders and created the aura of friendly atmosphere, unforgettable parties and high-quality service. However, by happy and unhappy coincidence, it outgrew Lesser Town in 2013 and left it. In 2015, Zanzibar reopened at Anglická 7 (Prague 2). With the self-confidence of our own, offering higher quality and original environment than ever before. Zanzibar brings enthusiasm for bartending and unforgettable atmosphere.
