A great place to have drinks along the canal. It often hosts good music and the place turns into a proper party, best to check its website beforehand though as there isn't much else around if nothing is on when you go there.

Parks & Nature

You can walk down to Regent's Canal from my flat in 5 minutes. If you walk east along the canal you'll pass several nice cafés and restaurants along the canal, pass Broadway Market and eventually end up in Victoria Park - the best park in East London. If you walk west you'll end up in Angel/Islington and if you continue walking along it you'll eventually end up in Camden and finally in Regent's Park (my favourite park in the west).
