Favourite Local Restaurants

Shepherd's Bush and the surrounding neighbourhoods have loads of eating options catering to any taste. Below is a list of my favourite places across London - near to far
A neighbourhood pizza place with one of the best pizzas in town. You have a choice of four doughs - my favourite is the vegetable charcoal one.

Hang out with the locals of Holland Park at this neighbourhood gastro pub. The food is excellent and the south facing patio is a great place to soak up the sun and down a pint after a day of exploring London

Hip and cool sums this up - and very well done :-) Japanese inspired small plates which are always changing. I tend to order one of each and have never gone wrong. Friendly and knowledgable service and interesting wines by the glass.

Things to do

If you fancy a very english summer day out (summer weekends only) - why not head to Ham and watch a polo match at the only polo club in London. Bring a picnic rug and a tipple and enjoy the spectacle… There is a small entrance fee for non members. afterwards drop into Petersham Nurserie for an afternoon tea and stroll back to Richmond along the Thames.
