Because it's hip, it's got a lovely terrace, the food is good and the location is great. However, bring some patience, as it's usually quite a wait for a table outside. This is also a great area to choose another place to have a drink on this popular bar-filled street, Carrer del Parlament.

Slightly off the beaten track and the kind of place you'd go if you are in Barcelona for more than just 2 or 3 days, this Spanish Civil War bunker was restored a few years ago and is open to tourists and locals who want to go and enjoy the spectacular views and bring food or wine for a picnic.
