Walked into Maceo's on a whim (it's right across the street from DTO) The spices are amazing and they also offer a limited lunch and dinner menu. The family who runs it are so sweet & will let you try anything you want. The pickle juice is incredible (DTO uses this in their martini's) Check it out!

Food truck. Best shrimp you will eat. The "Darlene" goes out and catches fresh shrimp from the gulf in the morning, comes back and cooks it up for ya. It doesn't get fresher than that. Garlic Parmesan & Fried shrimp are our favorites.

Best speakeasy on the island to get a craft cocktail. Open 4pm-2am Thursday-Sunday. They use alot of fresh squeezed juices and house made spirits. Call us crazy but we're suckers for all the daiquris. They are just so good!! They have outdoor seating and HH is 4-7pm Tue-Friday

Sitting on top of The Tremont House is an amazing open air bar with 360 views of Galveston. They have burning fires, comfy seating areas, everything to relax and enjoy some great company for hours. Be sure to call ahead to make sure they are open. They close often due to wind!
