Our local family owned bakery have started serving good coffee recently. The bread and beigels are great and the Cronuts are fantastic (if you can cope with the sugar rush). Less than 1 min walk.

This old pub is steeped in recent London History. The London gangsters The Crays and their staff used to drink in The Blind Beggar. George Cornell was shot in front of a full pub, to which there were no witnesses. These days it has remained a traditional pub, without the violence.
