Did you say Mexican? This amongst the best on the entire north side of Chicago. No need to travel, this is also BYOB in the place or you can order ahead and then pick up and take home to eat. This place is always crowded and the food is always solid. Cheap and good. I personally always love the veggie burrito, they get super creative with eggplant and mushrooms!

This is the new 606 (Bloomingdale) Trail! This place was 20 years in the making by local community activists and today it is gem for the city and neighborhood. Great place to walk, run, jog. There are local pocket parks at the entrances for kids and benches along the way to stop and people watch. Have fun!

If you come from Ohare, its around a 20 minute train ride to the stop depending on rail traffic. During rush hour, its by FAR the best way to get to and from Ohare! Take this train and be downtown in less than 15 minutes. So EASY!!
