House Amélie is located within walking distance from the entrance to the Wutachschlucht in the middle of the Black Forest village of Boll. The house is the prototyp of the architecture and design startup SYNDIKAT:WALDEN based in Vienna, Hamburg and until recently also here in Boll. The house is a reinterpretation of the traditional wooden Black Forest head and has been designed and implemented with a lot of love for detail. Only natural materials were used.

Farmhouse 1856 , in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Southern Black Forest. The proximity to the Wutach Gorge , Schluchsee , Feldberg(winter sports) and Switzerland make it the base of numerous activities. The spacious apartment is in the back lower part of the single-family house. It is accessible during the summer via a narrow record path (but accessible at work) from the driveway. In winter in snow, also via the stairs from the main entrance. The apartment is bright and has a terrace area. The view faces the courtyard and the old apple orchard.
